The Polyvance Mini-Weld Model 7 (URE5700HT) is a complete, professional-grade airless plastic welding system designed for repairing virtually all types of automotive plastics. This ready-to-use kit includes everything needed to perform strong, permanent repairs on bumpers, interior panels, under-hood plastics, headlamp tabs, and more.
Built around a powerful 200-watt ceramic heating element, the Model 7 delivers fast warm-up times and consistent heat output for reliable welds. The adjustable temperature control allows precise tuning for each plastic type, ensuring clean, accurate repairs without overheating or distortion.
The kit includes two interchangeable welder tips for applying the included welding rods, plus eight different rod types to cover the full range of common automotive plastics—including difficult materials like TPO and polypropylene. FiberFlex universal rod makes even “problem plastics” easy to repair.
